Credit card numbers are not stored and payment transactions are in compliance with industry standards as governed by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). US eDirect stores a token number that is sent to the processing bank in the event you make a change to your reservation that results in a refund to you. The refund is then credited to the card that was charged. If you make a modification that results in a charge, you will need to provide the credit card information again.

The Recreation Dynamics software is provided by US eDirect and is a cloud based system which uses servers located in the United States. Basic customer data related to your account will be stored on these servers and all personal information is subject to the standards set by the Government of Ontario Privacy Policy .
